The primary purpose of the Happy Hearts Foundation, in the humanitarian spirit and philantrophy, is to help those smallest amongst us who need it the most. With our activities and financial grants we support the provision of healthcare for surgical patients at the Pediatric cardiac surgery department in Bratislava.
Additionally we believe that this care is enhanced through improving the knowledge base of the medical team responsible for the care of these children and research leading to the development of new products and therapies. We believe in the importance of offering support, material and otherwise, to the family members of these sick children and in building a strong foundation helping bear their burden.
90% of each Euro is used for the goals and objectives of the Foundation, and is spent on direct patient care or the medical team; 10% of each Euro is spent on gas or transportation of staff actively participationg in patient care or aiding their families.
